merely beauty contests.

Coat and presentation should be at peak and the dog must accept examination from the judge and move freely in the ring, some dogs are natural "show stoppers" by their mere appearence! ![]() Casper presents himself freely and beautifully! ![]() Dog shows is a judgment sport with all that this implies, even if it is great fun to win, one must not take it so seriously that one does not rejoice others successes. "ups and downs" is more than true when it come to dog shows..... ![]() Casper at the beginning of his career, winning his 3rd Cac as an intermediate, May 2003 ![]() Edit holding handler class ![]() Trulsa BOB in Denmark 2005 The Wheaten should be trimmed at least every second month, if you have ambitions for the show ring, the coat must be trimmed regularly. Do not expect that the trimmer can make wonders with an overgrown coat one week before the show.... Even without show ambitions the Wheaten must be properly groomed, my puppy buyers must accept to buy a trim table when they decide to buy a puppy from Kennel Buckwheat. ![]() Morris before.. ![]() ... and Morris after! We start training our puppies at the trim table from 4 weeks of age. ![]() Buckwheat Miranda Goshawk, 10 veckor |
